SHIPPING:  
We ship via UPS and USPS. Simply complete your order, choose your shipping options from the menu provided. Most orders ship out within 72 hours of payment. Orders received at the end of the week may not ship until Monday or Tuesday.

WARRANTIES:

Magic Ion Cleanse™ 
The Magic Ion Cleanse™ carries an unbelievable 3-year limited warranty.  During the first year of ownership, Magic Ion Cleanse™ will repair the Ion Cleanse™ with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge in the U. S. A. for one (1) Year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.  Upon expiration of the first year of ownership, during years two and three, there will be a $300 co-pay on repairs. Magic Ion Cleanse™ will repair any machine deemed defective in materials or workmanship. If any machine needs repairs exceeding the $300 co-pay, Magic Ion Cleanse™ will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.The customer will however be responsible for shipping cost of the new or repaired product.  This warranty does not include accessories.  We reserve the right to replace the machine with one of comparable quality and ease of use. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than this warranty presented herein. This warranty will be terminated immediately if the seals on the unit are broken in any way.  Magic Ion Cleanse™ will not be liable for any medical expenses or consequential damages caused by defects, failures of any product arising from negligence or breach of warranty or contract.  
 

Magic Fit™
The Magic Fit™ carries a comprehensive 3-year limited warranty.
During the first year of ownership, All Health Seekers™ will replace, upon request, any machine not deemed to be working properly (as defined by the owner’s manual). Upon expiration of the first year of ownership, during years two and three, All Health Seekers™ will repair any machine deemed not working properly (as defined by the owner’s manual). Any repairs shall not exceed a total cost of $300, which is the co-pay. If any machine needs repairs exceeding the $300 co-pay cost, it will be replaced by All Health Seekers™ at no additional charge to the customer. This warranty does not include accessories. We reserve the right to replace the machine with one of comparable quality and ease of use.

Magic Massage™
The Magic Massage™ carries a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. All Health Seekers™ will repair or replace any machine deemed not working properly (as defined by the owner’s manual). This warranty does not include accessories. We reserve the right to replace the machine with one of comparable quality and ease of use.
 

RETURNS:  
         
Magic Ion Cleanse™
If you return the Magic Ion Cleanse™ within 72 hours, unopened, in new condition including all original accessories and packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If the product has been opened, unpackaged and or used in any way, you may return the product for a refund minus a $350 restocking fee. The product must be deemed “resellable” by All Health Seekers™. You must contact All Health Seekers™ and obtain a Return Authorization Form along with a RMA#.

Magic Fit™
Due to the size and weight of our Magic Fit™ products it is not cost effective to facilitate returns. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. See warranty information above for service and repair issues.

Magic Massage™
If you wish to return your Magic Massage™ TENS unit. You must contact All Health Seekers™ and obtain a Return Authorization Form along with a RMA#.
